workshops

In the spring of 2015, within the Transformation Project, Pianpicollo Selvatico hosted a four days international workshop in collaboration with the Politecnico of Torino.

Twenty one students from the Faculty of Architecture in Torino and Grenoble came for an experiential research on landscaping and traditional architecture.

The workshop was conducted by the artists duo Andrea Caretto and Raffaella Spagna in collaboration with the graduate student from the Politecnico of Torino Roberto Pennacchio. A number of experts in contemporary art, traditional architecture, stone and woodworking, landscape architecture and sustainability science helped the students to learn how to build and create new structures with the recycled material of the main renovation site.
